[TOPIC WRITING]"Garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)."

What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garbage, and some of the problems might be easy to solve, but some problems might not be easy to solve. I think making poeple pay money is not the right way to encourage recycling, because there can be a lot of problems with doing this, there are already many people who are recycling things, so it might not be fair to some poeple who recycle, it might not be fair to some people who need to dispose of garbage that is unrecyclable, and etc. So, I think there might be a better way to encourage people to recycle things instead of making people pay money in order to dispose of garbage. However, some people claim that making people pay money when disposing of their garbage might make people recycle things instead of throwing them away. And this could be true for some poeple, but this does not apply to most of the poeple. So, I think there would be a better way to make people recycle things than making people pay money. Until; the next time, see you later! I wish you a happy and wonderful day, goodbye!!!!
