[STORY PLOT]"Dear Alice" by Matt Cerini



STORY PLOT: 

Exposition: The main character and a little girl named Alice ride on the same bus.

Rising Action: Alice's mom can't see Alice's drawings now, and Alice gets sad, but the main character sees Alice's drawing.

Climax: It's time that the main character needs to get out of the bus, but the main character decides to stay and returns her drawing.
Falling Action: Alice draws herself and her name on that paper and gives that to the main character.
Resolution: The main character gets off the bus and Alice starts to draw again.

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
