[STORY PLOY]"Sleep Mode" by The Animation School

STORY PLOT:

Exposition: The main character has a powder that can make people sleep. And the main character blows powders to make people sleep.

Rising Action: The main character finds a person who is working at night. The main character tries to make that person sleep.

Climax: The main character fails to make that person sleep, and he brings many powders and accidentally dropped them on the floor.

Falling Action: Those powders made the main character and the person fell asleep.

Resolution: And the main character and the person slept for a long time.

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
