 Do you think you know English grammar well? If you think so, do you think people who learn English as a second language know English grammar better than most Americans? I think it depends on people because some people who learn English as a second language are trying to learn English or English grammar by doing their best, but some people who learn English as a second language are learning English or English grammar by not doing their best. And I think this applies to most Americans, too. Some people learn English grammar as the amount as that they need to, and some people learn English grammar more than they need to. But if I compare people who are trying to learn English grammar by doing their best and normal Americans, I think most people who are trying to learn English grammar by doing their best will know more English grammar than most Americans. The reason is most Americans learn English grammar as the amount as that they need to, and people who learn English as a second language are trying to learn English grammar by doing their best. So, people who learn English as a second language will know more English grammar than most Americans. But, people who are learning English as a second language is usually adults, and most American started to learn English grammar when they were kids. And it's harder to learn a new language when you are an adult, and it is easier to learn a new language when you are a kid. So, most Americans can know more American grammar than people who learn English as a second language, but people who learn English as a second language can know more than most Americans. As I said before, it depends on people. So, do you think people who learn English as a second language know English grammar better than most Americans?

The conclusion is it depends on people who know English grammar better than others. Most Americans can know more American grammar than people who learn English as a second language, or the opposite of it can happen. Until the next time, goodbye!!!

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
