There are more snatchers and frauds in the streets of Europe than in the U.S.A., and they are mostly in the famous traveling places of that country. And snatchers use many techniques to snatch bags or money or etc. You can prevent from being snatched by watching some videos or reading articles about how to not get snatched your belongings by snatchers. And there are many frauds in the street that sells things, and the example is dancing paper doll, and they control the dancing paper doll in many techniques, and they say when you turn on music near it, it dances.
