What are you afraid of? Then, which ways can help people on overcoming phobias? I think I am afraid of the dark because you know it's dark and I don't know what will be in front of me or which thing will pop out. And I don't like watching horror movies or TV series, because you know horror movies or TV series have monsters or killers or etc. Horror movies and TV series are scary for me, but I could watch horror movies or series if it is daytime, if the time is near nighttime, then I wouldn't watch it. The reason is I am afraid of things that I saw in that horror movie or series will pop out in my dream. Anyway, I think we can help people on overcoming phobias by making them slowly experience the thing that they are afraid of. For example, if a person has trypophobia, we can let them slowly show a small amount of dots then increase the number of the dots as it goes. Then that person might be able to overcome trypophobia. But this will take a very long time, if a person wants a quick way, I would recommend them to have someone like their family or their friends next to them when they face the thing that they are afraid of. For example, if a person has acrophobia, people close to this person can go places that are located in high places together. Then this person might overcome acrophobia, and visit places that are located in high places. And there are other ways to overcome phobias, and you can do anyway that best works for you. Also, I am sure if you search for how to overcome phobias, you will be able to see many ways that you can overcome the phobia. If people who are close to you have phobias, you can help them overcome phobias. And you don't know if they will help you overcome phobias when you have phobias someday, then they will be able to over phobias and so do you.
