[TOPIC WRITING]"Guide on reading 10 pages a minute"

 Are you a fast reader or a slow reader? I think I am middle of a fast and slow reader because it takes about 1 or 2 minutes to read a page. So, I'm not the best guide to be a fast reader, but I am guiding you for today. And here are guides on reading 10 pages a minute.

Firstly, you should know many words, then you will be able to understand and read a book faster than before. When you don't know that much vocabulary, it will take some time for you to read a book. But if you know many vocabularies, you will be able to understand and read a book much faster than not knowing vocabulary that much.

Secondly, you should be able to read sentences fast, to do that, you would need to practice reading and understanding sentences fast. If you practice enough, then you will be a kind of a fast reader. And you might be able to read about 3 to 5 pages a minute, then it's one-third or one-fifth to the goal which is reading 10 pages a minute.

Thirdly, make sure that you are reading a book without understanding while reading it, if this happens, you won't be able to tell people stories and characters in the book that you read. And this also means you just read sentences without understanding, then you are not a fast reader; you are a slow reader who is pretending to be a fast reader. So, make sure that you are understanding a book's story when you are reading.

Lastly, you should practice reading and understanding stories on some pages in a short period of time. Then, someday, you would be able to read 10 or more pages a minute, then you achieved your goal. So, maybe you could increase the number of pages that you want to read in a minute, or you could teach other people who want to be fast readers about how to become one.

The conclusion is you can read 10 pages a minute by knowing many words, able to read sentences fast, making sure that you are understanding a book while reading it, and practicing reading books fast.  What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
