[TOPIC WRITING]"Should you have to take a training class to purchase fireworks?"

 What do you think about fireworks? Do you like them or do you not like them? Then, do you think you should have to take a training class to purchase fireworks? I think it would be better since nowadays there are fires caused by fireworks, and these wildfires can spread very fast. And we don't know how fast it will going to spread, and this fire will spread in the direction of the wind. Also, the times that people fire fireworks are usually dry and windy, so the fire will spread more quickly than when people fire fireworks on a wet and not windy day. Then, this fire will be going to cause a lot of damage to people's houses, stuff, etc. So, it would be better for everyone if they took training classes to purchase and fire fireworks, and it would be better if they need to take these classes once or twice to purchase fireworks and fire them. Also, when the district is saying that you should not buy fireworks, and it would be better for the district if poeple who took training classes only fire fireworks, then they would know how to cire fireworks safely without making things burn. And the training class can give some ids to people who attended training classes to show people who sell fireworks to prove that they took these classes. However, some people claim that this would not make any difference since there will be people who are not acting carefully near fireworks, and there will be about the same amount of fires and accidents. And this can be true, but many people act carefully near fireworks since they know that fireworks are dangerous when you get shot by them. So, in these training classes, people will probably be going to learn about how to safely shoot fireworks, how to dispose of them safely, and other safety things. And they might do some tests related to this, and if they fail they would need to listen to the class again. Then poeple would know what to do with fireworks, and there will be fewer accidents and fires when many people fire fireworks. Goodbye!!!!

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
