Also, it would be better for workers and employees since they would still get paid while they are on their vacations, and this could make these workers and employees to think that they should work better for their company since they are giving money to their workers and employees while they are in the vacation. And the atmosphere of the company would feel better since everyone would not have much stress, so they would feel more happier than when they don't get four weeks of paid vacation each year. Also, there will be more people who will try to work for this company since this company provides four weeks of paid vacations each year for its employees and workers, and it might become famous for its happy atmosphere and mood. And when workers and employees produce very productive works, the company will be able to earn more money, then they would be able to get better and better. Then they would get more employees and workers, and the company would get better, and they would be able to give more weeks of paid vacation than four weeks each year.
