 What do you think about retirement? Then, do you think retirement should be made compulsory at the age of 60? I think it would not be fair for people since they would need to retire, and if they don't have enough money when they retire, they would run out of money as they live after they retired. So, I think they should give option on whether they are going to work or retire at the age of 60, and maybe people who retired at the age of 60 can get more money than when people who worked more when they retire. Anyway, it would not be fair for people because some people might want to just work more or they might need more money before they retire. So, it might be fair for everyone if companies let people work even though they are past the age of 60. But it might not be fair for companies or it might be fair since the companies can have skilled people for their employees and the bad thing is that it would be better for companies if they have more new poeple for employees to learn techniques and make their companies better. So, I think it would be better if companies let people who are about to retire teach some of the new people, so they can be better at their work. And the companies would feel good since the new people would do a good job in the place where people who retired had left, and this process will repeat and repeat. Then, the companies would have new people who work very well, the companies and employees would earn more money and employees would be able to retire earlier than they expected. And if this process repeats and repeats, then a lot of people would be able to retire earlier, however, for people who want to work more and need more money, the company should not make people who are the age of 60 retire.

So, the conclusion is that I think the companies should not make retirement to be compulsory at the age of 60, because there are people who want to work more, and people who still need more money before they retire. So, people should have a choice. Goodbye!

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
