 What do you think about neutralizing pets? Then, do you believe spaying and neutering pets should be mandatory? I think it is not really necessary to spay and neuter pets since it really does not does any harm to people when they don't neuter and sterilize them. So, I think there isn't really any harm if they don't neuter their pets since they lived that way for a very long time, I think these pets' ancestors existed longer than humans, and they didn't neuter themselves in the last several thousand years, and even though when the human-made them to pets, they didn't neuter them, they only started doing it recently. So, this shows that neutering and spaying pets are not really necessary to do, so there is not really a good reason to neuter and spay their pets. However, the reason that people only started neutering pets might be because there was not really a good technology to do it, and it might not have been safer for pets to neutralize. I think there is no reason that owners are forced to neutralize their pets since they would not do really any damage even if they don't neutralize them. And the pets might not really like to be neutralized, and they might get grumpy and not like their owner. Also, some owners would not like to neutralize their pets, and it is their freedom to choose whether they want to neutralize them or not. So, it might be better for everyone if they don't make neutralizing pets to be mandatory, and people should have the choice of whether they want to neutralize their pet or not. And it would be better if they ask the opinion of pets in some way to see if they want to be neutralized or not.

So, the conclusion is that I think it is not necessary to neutralize pets since there are no really good reasons to neutralize the pets. Also, the people have the freedom of choice to choose whether they want to neutralize their pets or not, and pets would have some kind of their opinions and it would be better if they listen to them.  What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
