[TOPIC WRITING]"Reality television makes people stupid and should be regulated."

 What do you think about watching reality television shows? Then, do you think reality television makes people stupid and should be regulated? I think reality television does not make people stupid. People could learn bad habits from watching reality television, but I think watching them does not make people stupid. I think they are saying things like if you watch some action movies, you become violent. And people do not really become violent after watching action movies; some might want to copy actions in the movies, but they don't become violent. So, even though people on reality television do stupid things, people might copy some of them for some minutes and they will go back to how they were. Some poeple might take some part of the action people did on reality television, but they would not do stupid things all the time, they will know when and where they need to do those actions. When people watch reality television, they laugh. Laughing does not make you stupid, actually, it makes your brain work better since you are happy. Also, you don't become a wizard when you are watching the Harry Potter series movies, so even though people do some stupid actions on reality television, people don't become stupid. I think what they mean by regulating reality television might be decreasing the amount of reality television out there or regulating the age to watch reality television or maybe there will be some part of government that sees if the things in reality television would not make people stupid or etc. I think there is no reason for people to regulate reality television, and there is not any way that is good to regulate reality television if there is a reasonable reason to regulate reality television. Also even though they regulate reality television, there will be no way that they will know people are following those regulations, and I think a lot of people are not going to really follow those regulations.  What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
