[TOPIC WRITING]"Watching television makes people smarter."

 What do you think about watching television? Then do you think watching television makes people smarter? I think watching television can make people smarter because when you are watching television, it is most likely that you are watching something you have never watched before. Of course, if you have streaming services like Netflix, Disney +, etc, you can watch something you watched before, but I think most people would rather watch something new than something you have already watched. So, they are watching something new which means that they will learn things from what they are watching. And they will be going to gain some knowledge by watching them since if this person is watching fictional stories like movies and tv series, this person will learn about the stories of those movies and tv series and might learn some facts they did not know before. And if they are watching non-fictional media like documentaries, then they will be going to learn more facts since documentaries are trying to teach you or let you know information that you don't know. So, people will definitely be going to learn something if they are watching documentaries and people might learn some facts or learn stories about what they are watching if they are watching something fictional. However, some people claim that watching television is for fun. Their examples are if you are watching television, you are watching them for fun which makes you think you are not watching them learn something and you will going not really focus on what they are learning from what they are watching. I think people will remember the story of how something they watched went. This means that they will most likely remember what they had in what they were watching. This shows that they will be going to remember some details from what they watched, and they might not remember all of the details in what they watched, but they will going to remember something from what they watched.  What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
