 There are things that are illegal now but were legal in the past. Whaling is one of the things that were legal in the past for most countries. I will inform you about whaling in Asian countries like Japan, South Korea, and Indonesia.

Firstly, I will inform you about whaling in Japan. In Japan, whaling is legal, so people can whale whales if they want to. For example, if fishermen see whales in the ocean, they could whale it if they have the equipment and want to do it. Many countries disagree with Japan's commercial whaling, but Japan continues to whale whales. This shows that in Japan it is legal to whale whales and other countries disagree with Japan on this problem.

Secondly, I will inform you about whaling in South Korea. In South Korea, whaling is illegal, so people can not whale whales, however, if they accidentally catch a whale in the net that they set for other purposes, they are allowed to sell the whale meat, For example, if the fisherman catches a whale in the net for tuna, the fisherman can sell that whale. Some people argue that this law could encourage illegal whaling since fishermen can say they caught them accidentally. This shows that whaling is illegal in South Korea, but they could sell the whale if they accidentally caught it.

Lastly, I will inform you about whaling in Indonesia. In Indonesia, whaling is illegal, however, some native groups still whale whales by traditions. For example, Lamakera whale hunters have a tradition of catching whales, and they have a tradition that once they catch a whale, they need to row to get back to the land. This shows that whaling is illegal in Indonesia, but there are some native groups that still whale whales.

Thus, in most Asian countries, whaling is illegal, but there are some exceptions that people can whale whales. For example, accidentally catching a whale, a tradition of a native group, etc. This shows that most Asian countries do not allow whaling, but there are a few exceptions or situations that can happen.

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
