 Who do you think will make a great leader? Then, do you think introverts will make great leaders? In case you don't know what introverts mean, it basically means not sociable. So, do you think introverts will make great leaders? Let me tell you the advantages and disadvantages of introverts being leaders.

The first advantage is introverts can make wise decisions. Even though introverts are not sociable, they look at the situation and look at what people think about that situation. Then introverts can make decisions that are right for the situation and what people will like. And the problem will be solved, and people will feel good about the decision that was made.

The first disadvantage is introverts may not know what people think about the situation well. The reason is that introverts are not sociable, they might not know what people think about the situation. Then introverted leaders could make wrong decisions that people will do not like, and the situation could get worse. But some introverts know ways to know about ways what people think about some situation, and they can make the right decisions by finding out what people think about the situation.

The second advantage is introverted people usually want to help people by doing their best. So, if introverts become leaders, they will try to solve as many problems as possible. Then poeple will feel good that their problems had been solved, and introverted leaders would be happy because they solved many people's problems.

The second disadvantage is introverted leaders may not be best at doing announcements. The reason is introverts are usually quiet, so introverts usually don't like to talk to people that they don't know. But for announcements in front of a lot of people, introverted leaders need to talk very loud in front of people that they don't know.

So, the conclusion is there are advantages and disadvantages when introverts become leaders, and some of the great leaders in history are introverts. I think introverts can make great leaders, goodbye!!!

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
