 How much money do you think waiters should get per hour? Then, do you think paying waiters an hourly rate below minimum wage is unfair? I think it is very unfair because the minimum wage exists for the reason. If people can choose to follow the minimum wage or not, then why would it be on the law. So, what I'm trying to say is that law exists for many reasons, and people should follow them. And the restaurant that paid waiters an hourly rate below minimum wage can be sued for doing that, and the restaurant would need to pay a lot of those waiters. Also, you would not like to get paid under the minimum wage, so I think restaurant owners should pay waiters an hourly rate above the minimum wage. And the minimum wage changes every year, and restaurant owners should change the amount of money that they give to their waiters. But even though the minimum wage decreases, I think the restaurant owners should just keep the amount of money that they give. The reason is it looks unfair that the hourly wage decreases based on the minimum wage decreases or increases. But if the minimum wage increases, I think restaurant owners should increase the hourly wage for their waiters. So, even though the minimum wage changes, the restaurant owners should only increase the amount of the hourly wage. But if the economy is very bad, then the minimum wage would decrease, and the restaurant would not have enough money to keep the business going, so I think they should decrease the hourly wage when the whole economy is bad or decreasing. But some people believe that it is fair to pay waiters an hourly rate below minimum wage. They exclaim that paying less money to waiters would make the business go longer, this is true, however when waiters get more money the economy will grow, and when the economy grows, more people will come to the restaurant. 

The conclusion is paying waiters an hourly rate above minimum wage will help the restaurant in many ways by growing the economy and more. Goodbye!!!!!

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
