 What do you think about aggressive dog breeds like Pit Bulls? Then, do you think Pit Bulls and other aggressive dog breeds should not be allowed? I think maybe they should do this as same as the system in the Harry Potter series because in the Harry Potter series they use Xs to show how dangerous this animal is. And they ban normal wizards or witches from raising them, but they let people with enough knowledge and experience in these animals and raise them to raise these dangerous animals. So, this system might work, but many people will not be able to raise the dog breeds that they raised because now experienced people can only raise them.

And another problem is how will people know if they are experienced enough to raise these aggressive dog breeds? Maybe I think they can make some kind of license for raising aggressive dog breeds, and people can get them by testing how much they know about these aggressive dog breeds and how well they can control their breeds. This is one of the ways that I thought would be good for a solution to solve this problem, but I think there might be a better solution. Another solution is that when people decided to raise aggressive dog breeds, they need to get some classes every week or month to teach them to control these aggressive dog breeds. And this class's cost needs to be cheaper than 10 dollars, so everybody will be able to purchase this class. And it would be good to make this class be necessary to raise aggressive dog breeds since if poeple don't know how to control these aggressive dog breeds well enough, there might be accidents caused by these dogs. So, it would be better if the owner of these aggressive dog breeds learn something about these dog breeds before and after they started to raise these dogs.
