[TOPIC WRITING]"Should the death penalty exist?"

 What do you think about the death penalty? Then, do you think the death penalty should exist? I think the death penalty is not really necessary, because there are other ways to punish criminals who originally needed to get the death penalty. And most countries in the world did not execute anyone in the last 10 years. Only some of them have the death penalty as legal and had executed anyone in the last 10 years. It is true that the death penalty is legal in many countries but most countries had not executed anyone in the last 10 years or they only allow the death penalty for extreme cases such as war crimes. So, even though the death penalty is legal, many countries had not executed anyone nowadays. And there is no point in executing people because executing people is cruel and there are better ways that are not executing people but getting what they deserve. One example is that this person or criminal can stay in the prison for the rest of his life, then it is similar to the death penalty because this criminal will die in prison someday, and it is just that this person will live a longer or shorter life. And there are other better ways to punish this criminal for what this criminal did, maybe this criminal can do public work that can help poeple and stay in prison. Then this criminal will do more than just stay in the prison, this criminal will do good things for other people. Then, maybe if this criminal is keep helping poeple while in the prison, this person will learn to help people and care about people. And this criminal will be able to think about what this person did while staying in the prison, then maybe this person can do better things in the prison while this person stays in the prison which would be until this person dies. Then if people can reincarnate, then maybe this person can act better in the next life if there is a life after life. I don't know if it exists, but it might or it might not.  What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
