[TOPIC WRITING]"There should be equal pay for equal work."

 What do you think about the payment of your job or other people's jobs? Then, do you think there should be equal pay for equal work? I think it depends on which job it is because there are 2 types which the company gives money, The first way is that you need to work for a certain amount of hours and you get paid, the second way is that you complete a certain amount of things and you get paid. I think the company can decide to give more money if a person is doing a good job if they are working for a certain amount of hours, and they should give less if a person is just playing around when they are supposed to be working on something. However, if they are working for a certain amount of things, they can't just give more money to someone since they are getting the same work done. I think it would be fair if all poeple get the same pay for equal work, but I think not all people think like that. People worked the same amount of time or finished working on the same amount of things, then they should get the same pay. It would not be fair if you got the same answer as someone next to you, and they give you 80 and 100 on the other person. That is just not fair when you have done the same work and worked for the same time. So, it would really feel unfair if you get paid less than another person who worked the same as you. It would be better if the companies try to give the same amount of money to people who are doing the same jobs and working for the same hour. Also, I think people can go to court about companies not paying the same amount of money when they worked the same amount, and the company might be in big big trouble when people do that. And the company might need to pay a whole lot of money if they lose and their image would look really bad and no one will really want to work for that company.

So, the conclusion is I think they should pay equal money for the equal work they did because it would be unfair if they get less money than other people. See you, goodbye!!!!!

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
