[TOPIC WRITING]"Can anyone play an instrument with the right materials and instruction?"

 What do you think about learning instruments? Then, do you think anyone can play an instrument with the right materials and instruction? I think anyone can play an instrument with the right materials and instruction because if there are right materials and right instruction, anyone can learn anything even though it takes a lot of time. It is commonly said that "Hard work beats talent", so this means that even though someone is not talented at playing instruments, they can practice and practice to get better than it. And eventually, they will be able to beat people with talent if they don't work hard. There are different types of people, there are people who really learn fast, and there are people who really learn slow. However, if they have right materials and instruction, they will be able to do whatever they learned to do. And it would be easier for fast learners to learn how to play instruments than slow learners, but slow learners will be able to learn how to play instruments if they have right materials and instruction. There are different types of instruments, and some of those instruments are hard to learn than others instruments. However, if they have right materials and instruction, then they will learn how to play those instruments and maybe even master those instruments. The right materials for learning instruments might be an instrument, some notes of practice songs, etc. The right instruction might be a teacher, a video, etc. With these things, I think everyone will be able to learn to play any type of instrument, but in real life, people usually do not get right materials and instruction. Also, people might not work hard and think it is hard to learn this instrument and decide to give up learning how to play the instrument that this person was trying to learn. So, it would be lucky, if they can find suitable materials and instruction. And they will need to work hard if they are not talented like they are best at playing this. See you later, goodbye!!!!

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
