[TOPIC WRITING]"The beneficial physiological effects of music"

 What do you think about the benefits of music? Then, do you believe what the beneficial physiological effects of music are? I think the beneficial physiological effects of music are that you will feel relaxed when listening to music. When you are listening to music, I think many people get relaxed even though they might be listening to music that does not feel like much of relaxing music. They must be feeling relaxed when they are listening to music, and they might feel comforted by listening to that music. And it is not a physiological effect, but listening to music actually, calms down your brain, and makes you feel comforted. When you feel comforted, your muscles will loosen out and this will make you feel more relaxed. And when you are feeling relaxed, you will have a good sleep, and good sleep will lead to a good day. Another physiological effect of music is you will be able to focus on things better, it is different for each person, but for me, music helps me to focus on what I'm doing. There are different types of people, so this might only work for some people who like to listen to music when they need to focus. Then, people who can not focus when they are listening to music might find some kind of music that helps them to focus on what they are doing unlike other kinds of music. So, there must be some kind of music that helps them to focus on what they are doing, but for me, I can focus on what I'm doing with most kinds of music.

So, the beneficial physiological effects of music are it helps you to be relaxed and helps you to focus on what you are doing. Listening to music will make you feel relaxed and this will make your muscle loosen out and it will make you have a nice sleep. Then you will be going to have a nice day. Some people might not be focused when they are listening to music, but there will going to be some kind of music that will be going to help them focus on what they are doing.  What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage. So, there can be a lot of problems if the government starts to make people pay money in order to dispose of their garb...
