 Students hate some teachers. Some students believe that teachers also should be graded as they are. I believe teachers should not be graded because of school, position, job, etc.

Firstly, teachers should not be graded because teachers get watched by people in a higher place than them. In school, there are a lot of people who watch over teachers like the principal, assistant principal, etc., so if a teacher does something wrong, these people will going to tell them what they need to fix. For example, if a teacher gave students too much homework, the principal or assistant principal will tell this teacher that he or she needs to give less homework. This shows that even though teachers are not graded, they will going to fix their mistakes because the principal and assistant principal will be going to tell them.

Secondly, teachers should not be graded because of their position in the school. If students are grading teachers, students will not be going to focus on lessons, then the position of the teacher will not be clear since students are also grading teachers. For example, if the teacher makes one mistake the whole class will lose their focus and grade their teachers based on the mistake they made. This shows that students will have another role they will play and that will distract them from focusing on their main role which is students.

Lastly, teachers should not be graded because of the jobs of students and teachers. The teacher's job is to teach students, and the student's job is to learn, but if students grade teachers, students will going to have two jobs which are to learn and grade teachers. For example, while students are learning they also need to focus if the teacher is making any mistake, and this will divide their focus making them not focus on their learning.

Thus, teachers should not be graded because of many reasons. For example, people like principals already watching over teachers, the position of teachers in school, the distraction for students' learning, etc.

 What do you think about garbage disposal? Then, do you think garbage disposal should not be free to encourage recycling (example: Switzerland)? I think many poeple already recycle things that they want to use again, so I think there is no need to make garbage disposal not become free to encourage people to recycle things. People need to dispose of their garbage anyway, and there are things that you can't recycle. So, it might not be fair to people who recycle a lot of things and need to dispose of non-recyclable garbage. And some people might try to dispose of their garbage in trash cans in public places to avoid paying for the disposal of garbage. Then, there will be tons of garbage in public trash cans, and it will be bad for people who own buildings that have public trash cans since they would need to pay money in order to dispose of other people's garbage.
